What Causes A Pungent Odour From The Urine?

i work with 5 and 6 years old in school. One of boy has strong order of urin. Also sometimes he smells like musty and sour smell. I thought it is from landrey or something at his home but tody he changed cloths at school nurse office.... Put clean cloths on but urin smell still very strong. I wonder he has something health problem

Strong urinary smell and musty and sour body odour are the tell tale signs of some inborn errors of metabolism. I suggest you get this to the notice of the kids' parents and suggest them to get him evaluated of the same by a paediatrician.
