What Causes A Purple Bruise On The Penis After Sex Without Penetration?
I discovered what I make as a purple bruise on the tip of my shaft this morning after engaging in unprotected oral sex. The girl who gave me oral sex was quite rough, we were both relatively drunk so achieving an erection meant we didn t have sex but I brushed my penis on her vagina a few times. Is this just a penile bruising? If so how long does it take to go? I hate reading in to things on the internet because they lead to cases of HIV etc.

Bruising on the penile tip could be due to mechanical trauma.
The bruise will disappear within few days.
There is nothing much to worry if there is no ulcer, induration, rash, enlarged lymph node or discharge from the urethra.
In case any of the above mentioned symptoms occur, there is suspicion of developing sexually transmitted disease.
