What Causes A Purple Mark On The Penis After Having Sexual Intercourse?

Purple mark on my penis
I had sexual intercourse yesterday for my firat time and I found a purpke mark earlier today. It doesnt itch burn or anything its pretty much just there. So I was wondering if it was something that I should be concerned about.?
