What Causes A Pus Pocket In The Gums Of A Child?
Why would my four month old have a puss pocket on the side of his gums on the top toward the middle back its really white and kinda hard to the touch, I m not sure if this matters but he was born at 37 wks and just turned 4 months the 11th of this month

Probably a tooth is erupting.
If it is not painful wait for a few days for the tooth to erupt completely.
Otherwise consult dentist.
