Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I could say that these symptoms may be related to a cardiac arrhythmia. Do you feel other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, etc.? I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes).
