What Causes A Rash On The Penis Shaft?
I am a 31 year old male that has been with the same partner for the last 6
years. I noticed a rash on the lower side of the shaft of my penis that is
painful and red. I am also having some discomfort during urination. I do have a
large bump on my scrotum that I had checked out about 10 years ago and I was
told that it was just a stress bump or a cyst. I now also have 3-4 additional
small bump around the same area but not on my penis. All of the bumps itch all
the time. What could possibly be causing this???
