Wellcome to HCM You need to show yourself to a gastroenterologist to undergo Colonoscopy.
Rectal bleeding should not be taken lightly and proper evaluation of the cause for the same is must. In elderly people, there are chances of carcinoma which need to be ruled out first and colonoscopy or virtual colonoscopy will be beneficial study. Other than this there are many other causes which could be infectious or rarely ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease etc, etc for rectal bleeding. The frequent urination could be related with any of the above causes for e.g. because of pressure effect from some mass or infection of bladder etc. For proper evaluation of this you need to visit a gastroenterologist.
