What Causes A Red Circular Spot And Penile Discomfort During Intercourse?
Hi , please help me when I m having sex with my girlfriend on that time in my penis head skin (There is a small skin which join head of the penis)it s paining when I m putting it inside and now inner side of my penis there is something round shape red colour Circle.
Pain during intercourse and any abnormalities on the penis can be indicative of various conditions, including infections, inflammation, or other underlying issues. Your symptoms may be indicative of Balanitis. Carefully washing and drying off the affected area is usually enough to make Balanitis go away.
If it is resistant, you can apply clotrimazole cream for relief. If it is itchy apply hydrocortisone ointment and take an oral course of amoxicillin. However, you are advised to get STD tests done to rule out genital herpes and syphilis. Do not to indulge in any kind of sexual activity when you are being treated. Be gentle and patient, get healed. Avoid aggressive sex and do not indulge with multiple sex partners.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
