am 26 years old and 6 months ago i noticed a 2mm size redish purplish colored bump, on the top of my left butt cheek hip area. it never gave me any pain so i forgot about it. but just today i felt the area and realized it was still there. it didn't grow at all and still has no pain. when i try to squeeze it nothing comes out but i feel a little hard dot like thing inside it. its a little raised from the skin. but not to dramatic. do you think its cancerous.
