What Causes A Red Lump In The Vagina?
I noticed a reddish lump in my vulva.. It s not painful I only get reminded by it when when wiping. It s been a week now. I now have a brownish discharge and lower back pain. Im freaking out googling these things and feel embarrassed to talk about it. Please help

I think it may be a bartholyni cyst. It is caused by blockage of the duct of bartholyni cyst that are normally found in vagina. You can use warm and cold baths to help it drain itself. If it doesn't open itself you can go to gynecologist to open it and also antibiotics may be needed.
