My husband has a red raised line on his lower lip line. He said he thought it was because he smoked meth. He has seen 2 doctors and the dermatologist twice. They gave him penicilin for infection - not it, then medication for yeast infection- not it, allergy medicine for an allergic reaction-not it, and tested his B12 vitamin which was also not it. Please help what could this be?
