What Causes A Red Tiny Bump Near My Vaginal Opening?

I found a single red tiny bump next to the lower opening of my vagina. I tried to pop it and nothing came out. It didn't have a white head on it. Now it just looks like an ulcer. I have no discharge oder, or iching. What might this be. I had a hystorectomy 9 years ago.
