Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to different possible causes: an inner ear disorder, chronic changes in small vessels of the brain, chronic anemia, thyroid gland dysfunction etc.
Sometimes no cause is found.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor and performing some tests : complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, liver and kidney function tests.
Consulting with an ENT specialist is necessary to exclude an inner ear disorder.
If all the above tests result normal, I would recommend taking Ginseng or Ginkgo Biloba supplements to improve the blood circulation in the brain.
Sertraline for a period of 3-6 months could help improve this situation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
