Hello and welcome,

A round mass at the opening of vagina may be the cervix or urinary bladder coming out from the vagina. This happens in cases of prolapse uterus that are not uncommon after delivery.

Just see your doctor as soon as possible and get it evaluated. If it is a prolapse then exercises will help control it at early stages.

Do not worry. This is a very common condition.
Hope this satisfies your query.
