What Causes A Round White Spot On The Cervix?

I had a pelvic/pap done yesterday and they said they found a big round white spot on my cervix. well i am 25 and female. when i was 17 i had a miscariage at 5 months and 1 week, the doc said it could have been prevented if the doctor in the e.r. would have sent me to the o.b. when i went earlier that day. i ended up having plecenta previa. After that i have never been the same. problems with not being able to stop bleeding, pain in my abdomen... my second pregnancy was 3 months premature. for 8 years now no one can figure out what is wrong with me. 2 years ago my specialist put me on the nuva ring and told me to only leave it out for 2-3 days instead of a week and i was so happy, i did not bleed like before. only for the 2-3 days. i lost my insurance a year ago and things turned back to the way they were but worse with a lot more pain! about a month ago i started noticing i was discharging alot more! then a week later, my boyfriend could not move at all while we were having sex because every time we tried i had excrutiating pain in my abdomen, in the area where my ovaries are. I have had no pain or sign of any kind besides the sudden discharge my cervix/vaginal area that something was there. That was the first time i had sex in 7 months he had serious surgery done and was not able to and very rarely am i able or up to it, this was just 3 weeks ago. Will someone please tell me what is wrong with me please. I am so sick of this. I have friends telling me cervical cancer. Could that be a definant posibility? What are the other possible causes of all this trouble?
