What Causes A Scrotum Lump, Neck And Face Cysts With Irritation?

Got a lump the size of a raisen on my scrotum (right side) im very prone to cysts and get them on my neck and one on my face once, the lump feels the same, it is only irritated when I touch it alot and sudo creme reduced the swelling. Any idea what is wrong?

Cysts at multiple sites like face ,neck and scrotum are Sebaceous cysts .

There are sebaceous glands all over the body beneath the skin which secret sebum to keep our skin moist and oily to prevent it from getting scalled up .

Sebaceous cyst are formed due to blockage of opening of the duct on the surface of the skin which gradually gets accumulated beneath the skin and form a cyst called as sebaceous cyst .

Normallly one can expect them to get resolved spontaneously howevr they need to get excised if bigger and get infected ,

Consult qualified General surgeon for evaluation .He may advise you to get it excised in Toto under local anesthesia.
