I am 40 years old and I always had some things going on with me that I never could address, even as a child. My family kinds just swept thing under the rug so to speak. This is my question... I have notice that I have a shift of perception which at times are triggered by stress, I am easily distracted, I daydream a lot, My concept of time is off, I have problems with direction. Also rarely but it exist - I get slightly confused with my left and right when I know which is which.. What can this be? please advise
