What Causes A Small Nodule On The Upper Side Of The Buttock?

hi i am 51 year old female having a small nodule on the upper side of the buttocks bilateraly which is painful on walking ad sitting , presently using clopedogrel for CAD nodule is small in size and not visible to naked eye and is present for the last 6 years
