What Causes A Small Sized Penis In A Child?

I have two sons. One is 10 and the other is 4. The 4 year old's penis is considerably larger than the 10 year old's. I'm really concerned as the 10 year old's penis doesn't seem to have grown any since infancy. How might I know if he has Micropenis?

Hello. I just read through your question. One concern regards your son's ability to urinate without any problem. If this is ok, the next thing to consider is hormones. It would be important to check if his hormones are at the appropriate level for his age. He should be examined by a pediatric endocrinologist who can do this evaluation. I recommend consulting with your pediatrician who will be able to refer you to a good pediatric endocrinologist.
