What Causes A Small Sore And Itchy Spot At Top Of The Anus?

I have a small spot at the top of my butt Crack that comes and goes every few months. It isn t warm and doesn t drain. It comes gets really red, feels bumpy, itches, is sore, then goes away. When it goes away it leaves a scaley/scab like thing in its place that falls off and it comes back in a few months. It has never drained, no blisters, and no white head. Please help!

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some local skin infection like dermatitis producing all these symptoms.
Avoid constipation, take plenty of water.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
Apply triple action cream.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
