Understanding your concern. as per your query sore moving lump in jaw line is a lipoma which is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin. Lipomas are non-cancerous . Sometimes they become painful and biggest in size due to infection and become cause of concern . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon . Doctor may remove lipoma under local anesthesia by giving small incision . Doctor may perform certain test before treating it like blood tests , biopsy and CT scan to confirm the diagnosis and to rule out condition like mucocele and cyst.
