What Causes A Spot With Hair Under Chin On Neck?
My sixteen year old daughter has a spot on her neck under her chin that has longer hair. The spot is about a quarter in diameter and we just recently noticed it was longer than the surrounding normal hair. It is not dark or coarse, but I am wondering if it is something we should be concerned about? Thanks
