About 3 times in my life I've randomly gotten a sudden hot patch on my upper thigh/hip as if a lighter had lighted in my pocket, but then it's gone and of course nothing is on fire. I've long been curious about this but then it just happened to my friend last week so now we both want to know what's going on. It's so sort of random and specific I can't find anything about it online. What could it be?
