What Causes A Swishing Sound In My Ear After I Got Hit In The Head?
For the past month I have had a swishing sound in my ear anytime that i open my mouth or even chew food. I can also make the sound by pushing up on my cheek of my right ear. It seemed to come on after i got hit in that part of my head, but it could also be TMJ ? I have no idea and its really annoying.

dear it may be due to trauma can cause middle ear effusion or bony chain rupture may prevent air conduction sound but it permit bone conduction so your hearing your own chewing sound.other possibility like tinnitus may present continuous sound in middle ear.tympanic membrane perforation may present this problem.plz consult Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
