I completely understand your concerns. But don't worry. The symptoms of your child are suggestive of angioedema. It's a condition which occurs due to allergic response of body in the form of subcutaneous swelling especially involving face, extremities and bowel wall. The stomach pain and vomiting occurs as a result of it. The cause can be any allergen present in the food she has been introduced to recently. The management requires antihistamines such as Chlorpheniramine along with anti emetic (Ondensetrone ) and antacid ( ranitidine).
