What Causes A Tear And Swelling In The Labia After Rough Sex?
I have an abrasion in my Labia after rough sex , i went to the er the first time and they told me that it wasn’t Herpes and prescribed me some desitin , ibuprofen and tylonol. After a few days of taking that , my abrasion got worse , My labia got swollen so I went to the er again , this time a different one and the lady told it might be Herpes , I’m very confused , it doesn’t look like a Herpes outbreak.

Since I don't have a picture I can't say its herpes or not, if its herpes you can able to make out by blister, tiny crowded red dots or eruptions.
Along with pain, in some cases with mild discharge.
If you strongly feel its not herpes.
Other reason for abrasion is
1. Infection in vagina bacterial, fungal
2. Dryness – due to infection, improper foreplay can cause dry sex and redness, pain, abrasion, dehydration due to diabetes or decrease water intake, age factor, hormonal imbalance
3. Forceful sex can cause injury, yes for you it may be the reason 4. Foreign bodies due to unhygienic sex, sex toys
5. vaginismus - anxiety during sex can cause pelvic muscle construction and cause pain
6. Eczema.
