What Causes A Throbbing Pain In Lower Arm Close To The Wrist?
Hi! I am a 25 year old female, and for the past 3 months I have been getting occasional (once a week-2 weeks) Dull ache or Throbbing in my lower left arm; Quite close to my wrist. Is this something to be very concerned about? Ive spoken to a doctor twice and they have advised me that it could just be anxiety.
It can be anxiety as doctors said in past but then when no change in pain symptoms can make the muscle weakness of the upper limb. Doing exercises for the neck, shoulder, arm, Forearm muscle groups are advised to avoid getting these symptoms longer.
If the pain level reduces with exercise and hot water fermentation than continue the same to get optimum strength. If required you can take some guide for exercise examples from a physiotherapist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
