Hi, drunk way too much this weekend!! all weekend only stopping drinking last night and around 3am. For several hours now I've had a tightness feeling in my chest, breathing is fine but i'm becoming more anxious and lying down seems to make it worse - should I be worried?? I'm also shaking slightly, heart beat/pulse seems ok, please help!

Hi thanks for asking question.

So much alcohol drinking is not advisable.you have to limit alcohol intake.

Do you have any liver disease?? Fatty liver or hepatitis ?? USG helpful for its detection with liver enzyme study. If it present it can lead reffered pain.

You have not done any activity since few days so might lead tightness.

Any stressful condition regarding taking so much alcohol??? Because anxiety can lead to chest tightness . panic attack also.
So try to avoid stress and yoga , meditation Like good habit will be helpful.

If you have hypertension then here just rule out cardiac problem by ECG.

So here by rule out above dd and limit alcohol is necessary ....
