What Causes A Twinge & Sharp Stab Pain In Heart?
Hi occasionally I get a twinge in my chest around my heart area I only get it once or twice very couple of months. Its a sharp stab pain. Sometimes it only happens once but some times it goes on for about 5 minuets. I'm just curious as to what it is, also I'm 16 and female.

Sharp stabbing pain around heart, rule out ischemic heart disease. Get EKG , 2decho , then consult cardiologist . if normal then it may be muscular in origin.
