Hello!
Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to different possible disorders: thyroid dysfunction, a pinched nerve,etc..
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor and performing some tests:
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- a cervico-thoracic X ray study for chronic degeneration of the spine
- a nerve conduction study (ENG) for any possible pinched nerve in this region.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Regards, Dr. Aida
