What Causes A Weak Urinary Flow With Burning Sensation In Penis?
Hi. I am 28 y/o/ For the last five or so years I have had real trouble with peeing. I have a very weak flow that stops and starts and when I finish there is a slight stinging/burning at the top of the penis (which finishes after 1 minute). My kidneys feel 'heavy' if that makes sense, that they are doing lots of work, and I have to push hard when passing urine. Could I have undiagnosed chlamydia that has calcified/scarred my urinary tract?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Urinary stones and recurrent infection can be suspected in your case.A urine routine examination and ultrasound of kidney and bladder might be needed to rule out that.In such cases i treat with antibiotics like norfloxacin and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if needed after culture report.I also advise urinary antispasmodics like flavoxate and ask to take more water.Cranberry juice and barley water also helpful in alkalanising urine.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
