What Causes A Weird Feeling In The Abdomen?

hi my name is brittany and i am 25 years old and i have a 2 year old. my weight is 115lbs and my height is 5'3" tall. when i was 8 i had an emergency surgery for my appendix, i ahve had mono once when i was younger, i had a c-section and a hernia taken care of at the same time, i fell on my shoulder two weeks ago and broke my collar bone and the doctor gave me bachlophin and vicodin. when i press on my upper abdomin i fill something weird and when i push on it it makes me feel like im going to throw up and i have had really bad breath since i noticed. Could something be seriously wrong with my stomach and or insides?
