Looking at your symptoms,you might be suffering from Right sided
Neuralgia in which Intense, typically intermittent pain occurs along the course of a nerve, especially in the head or face
You Doctor has prescribed you the following medicines:
Remylin D contains Vitamin B6,B12,
Folic Acid,Antioxidant And
Vitamin D3.It may help in the Neuralgic pain.Tryptomer(25 mg) contains Amitryptilline.It is an Antidepressant.But it has also a role in Neuralgic pain.Continue with these medicines.
The following things you can do to relieve your pain-
Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory(like Ibuprofen), Applying heat to your neck, Rest in a quiet room,Massaging the neck muscles.
Other medicines which have a role in Neuralgic pain are Anticonvulsants like
Carbamazepine and
Gabapentin and Antispasmodic agents like Baclofen.Your doctor may prescribe them,even after taking the above medication,you are not getting relief.
MRI scan and Surgery by a neurosurgeon might be an option if your pain does not get better.It may include:
