What Causes A Weird Sounds In The Lungs With Fever And Cough?

Hello, my name is Eugen. I have some problems regarding my stomach/lungs. See, this year I ve been really ill, actually, this began some months after I started smoking cigarretes and weed. I ve cut down on both of the factors, but a week ago I was hit by a terrible ilness for two days. Fever, coughing and a lot of slime/resin. I work out a lot, and took a 5 day break. Now I no longer have fever, but I still cough occasionally. But the worst part is the resin. For three days I took slime relieving coughing medicine. And it helped in the o moment, and I felt like I could quit it two days ago. Now, my nose is constantly filled with dry slime, and it annoys the hell out of me, so I spit it out or swallow it (when I m not able to spit). And everøy time I breathe, it s a bit difficult. Worst is when I breathe heavily. My upper stomach/lungs make a weird sound like they are filled with thick slime. I have no problems working out, only that I cough. Thanks for your time, sincerely a troubled youngster.
