Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white spot on tonsil which can due to condition such as tonsillitis, viral pharyngitis, poor oral hygiene, mononucleosis or tonsil stones. It seems to me that in your case the symptoms are due to either tonsilloliths or tonsillitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles thrice a day and avoid acidic and cold food or beverage and suck on sugar free lemon candy. Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically or order CT scan , throat swab test. Doctor may prescribe antibacterial ( amoxicillin ) or anti viral ( acyclovir ) depending upon the diagnosis along with anti inflammatory. Doctor may also recommend tonsillectomy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
