If I pull a hair out on my testicles the end of the hair has a white stem on it. Also I have itching irritation that eventually breaks into open sores around each hair follicule. When the hair begins to grow back that same white stem is in the follicule.I am able to pinch the white head of the stem and pull it out. It looks exactly like the stem on the endd of hair I pluck. What could this be?
