What Causes A Wound On The Ankle?
The scab on a wound on my ankle was almost completely off, so I removed it. After a couple of days, I noticed a small but distinct dark circle in the middle of the wound. When the wound occurred, there was no dark spot in the wound, only raw pink flesh. What is this dark circle?

hiii.welcome to our site.i have gone through your question.there is nothing to worry if the wound is completely cured.it is a normal thing only.to get rid of the scar caused by the wound,you can use mederma ointment on it twice daily.thank you.
