What Causes Abdomen Pain And Blood In Stool Of A 25 Month Baby?

hi all,
my kid is 25 months old. my kid is suffering with blood motions since yesterday. we gave him ORS and we are giving him fluids. today we gave him coconut water.

yesterday he said he had pain in abdomen. but today he is ok. but we are worried..
we gave him
-sporlac tablet
-powergyl syrup
- lomofan tablet

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand your concern regarding your child's health.

IT looks like some infection in stomach. Continue the above medicines with ORS and plenty of fluids. Try to increase the frequency of ORS. Wait for 3-4 days ,Symptoms will subside. No need to worry much. If it will not go off consult any pediatrician.
