What Causes Abdominal And Back Pain?
I have had very, very severe, throbbing abdominal pain and a stabbing back pain since last night. I hoped that if I went to sleep I would wake up feeling better, but it kept me up most of the night and I am still in great pain now. I live very far from my hospital and am not sure what I should do.

You should go to hospital for proper management.
You have not pointed the exact location of pain but It is more in favour of ureteric stone you musy have ultrasound and abdominal examination done by a physician to rule out other causes .
You can take an analgesic from you first aid box.
