What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Acid Reflux, Stomach Ache And Chills?

Every month or so my mother starts with getting extremely bloated, acid coming up, gassy & bad stomach pain to the point of cold sweats & chills .... Sometimes she can throw & the next day she's fine . Or sometimes lays in pain all night with this pain in her belly .. The next day she's fine ! She burps & has dry mouth & has to spit up excess saliva because it's too thick to swallow !! We've done every test there is over the last 1 year & half nobody can figure out what this is????
