Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

You are saying that you had medications f or gallbladder which may suggest that you have gallbaldder stones. Your symptoms are actually suggestive of gallbladder stones so you should do ultrasound or CT scan to evaluate it more accurately.Fibroids and cysts should not be related with digestion problems.
If stone is verified:

1. you need to change your dietary habits first. Need to avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol and spicy food. You should eat more milk products, vegetables and boiled food.
2. Medications such as spasmex or ursodeoxcolic acid may help but have limited efficiency.
3. If there is no improvement on lifestyle or dietary changes, then surgery is recommended.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
