What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Constipation And Vomiting?

I get bloated and look like I am in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, constipated, inability to pass gas, and vomiting. I also get this crazy pain in my upper right quadrant where it feels like my stomach is sticking to itself and only gets better with water.

-take probiotics daily
-drink liquids
-use simethicone medication to relieve boating
-eat fiber rich diet
