What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Dizziness After Intercourse?

Hey I just had sex for the first time (unprotected) and I am experiencing cramps on either side of my abdomen, it's like a sharp stabbing pain. Also, I get dizzy and light headed, may be irrelevant due to the fact that I have anemia). I'm nervous could I be pregnant?

Hi,
i understand your concern.
* All the symptoms you have after your first sex are due to physical/psychological stress of intercourse.And your anemia has added to them.
* If the sex was nearing your ovulation ( about 14th day in 28 days cycle), you have chance of conception.
