What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Loose Stools With Blood And Mucus?
I have feeling bloated recently, particularly yesterday so took a laxative last night. Tummy cramps this morning and passed liquid and little solid poo, but then this evening just passed some bloody mucous ... is this anyting to worry about please?

It seems that you might be having bacillary dysentery giving pain and bloody mucous diarrhea.
Take Ofloxacilin with tinidazole combination for 3 days.
Take anrispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine for abdominal cramps.
Take plenty of water.
Take curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
