What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Lower Backache?
I have really bad intermittent cramps some blood periodically low back is sore off and on this the second day penis stings when first urinate most of my pain is tenderness on the left side just above my belt it all stops for a wile after very little urine some blood about 1 time per hour im 62 in above average heath this started like bad gas but not what the problem

Are you male or female? Possible causes like acute gastroenteritis or pelvic inflammatory disease or colitis or irritable bowel syndrome or cystitis or appendicitis or renal pyelonephritis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Please get urine examination is done and ultrasound for kidney.
Then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
