What Causes Abdominal Cramps During Urination?

A few months ago I started noticing a pulling sensation on my belly button. It is especially painful sometimes when urinating. I have now found a 2cm lump around mid way between my belly button and public hairline. I have been suffering depression and mood swings recently, not sure if this is related.
