What Causes Abdominal Cramps , Stomach Bloating And Gastritis?
I already had my period it s been a week since then and I m cramping bloating gassy I got a bfn on test I know I m not ovulating no white egg white stuff yet. And done had a lapscropic surgery everything is k and I don t have a right ovary and right tube y I m I am I crampy bloaty and gassy plz help
If there is bloating with abdominal cramps then there will be chances of electrolyte deficits in the blood with gastric upset.So,this might be related to acute gastroenteritis or acute gastritis.
You should be immediately monitored for vitals signs like pulse,blood pressure etc.
You can take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution especially if you have loose motions and vomiting also.
The important thing is to combat cramps and for which you would require antiemetic drugs (mostly oral) with antibiotics (norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids.
So,it would be advisable that you should go to physician for all routine blood investigations and proper treatment.
