What Causes Abdominal Cramps,nausea And Heartburn?

Hello, I have a problem that I m not sure if I should see the doctor or not, for the past month or so I have been having adominal cramps and an upset stomach, with nausea and heartburn from time to time. I do not believe I am pregnant, but I can not rule it out as a possibility, please advise.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of abdominal cramps and an upset stomach, nausea and heartburn for the last one month.
Wants to know whether pregnant or not.
I would advise you the following.
Yes, you should see the Doctor for clinical evaluation and actual clinical examination.
Ultrasonography for the whole abdomen and to see whether pregnant or not.
Tests of stool, urine and blood.
Upper GI endoscopy to see the causes and effects.
To start the treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone, and an antacid gel.
Further treatment of cramps and bloating as per the causes found out which may be a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole on empirical basis and
probiotics.
