What Causes Abdominal Discomfort After A C Section Delivery?

My baby is 9 months old.I had an emergency c section. Since 2 weeks after her birth it feels like someone kicked me in the gut - that winded feeling but I don t have trouble breathing. I was tested for blood clots and there was none.I received a lot of oxygen before her birth and my husband says they had to blow up my stomach because baby was already in birth canal.Help please!
