Im a gay male and I anel douch once daily. I started doin it like 6 months ago do to it was easyer to cleans myself be for intercours. I just not started to have light pain on my left side of my abdoman. should i stop doin it? And is it harmful to continute?

yes you need to stop that bad habit because it affect your health and may cause some major issues for you so my advice to stop that
